Meet Tyson Kutner
Tyson Kutner, a Miami, Florida native, spent much of his upbringing in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Before transitioning to a career as a trial attorney, Mr. Kutner gained extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies, negotiating deals exceeding $85 million.
Specializing in Personal Injury, cases of catastrophic injury and wrongful death across Florida, Mr. Kutner is driven by a philosophy of advocating for innocent victims while striving to prevent future accidents. He is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Florida Justice Association (FJA), Miami-Dade County Bar Association (MDBA), Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (MDTLA), Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), Lawyers of Distinction Association and ChamberSOUTH Chamber of Commerce (Miami). Known for his transparency, integrity, and dedication, he is highly regarded in his field.
In his free time, Mr. Kutner enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in hobbies such as sport fishing, high-performance boating, camping, 4×4 off-roading, scuba diving, traveling, SCCA racing, air-boating, snow skiing, and community service.
EDUCATION
A 1997 graduate of Gulliver Preparatory High School, he earned
a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Barry University and later completed
a Master’s Degree in Business at Everest University. He then completed his JD from Barry University School of Law.
