Meet your attorney, Tyson Kutner
Tyson Kutner, a Miami native and second-generation attorney, was raised on the waters of the beautiful Florida Keys. After a successful career in mortgage banking, where he facilitated over $80 million in mortgage and real estate transactions, Mr. Kutner transitioned into personal injury law, handling over 3,000 cases involving injuries, illnesses, and fatalities caused by negligence.
Mr. Kutner focuses on personal injury cases nationwide, driven by a commitment to advocate for innocent victims and work toward preventing future accidents. He is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Florida Justice Association (FJA), Miami-Dade County Bar Association (MDBA), Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association (MDTLA), Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), Lawyers of Distinction Association, and ChamberSOUTH Chamber of Commerce (Miami). Known for his transparency, integrity, and dedication, Mr. Kutner is highly respected in his field.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Kutner enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing hobbies such as sport fishing, high-performance boating, camping, off-roading, scuba diving, traveling, SCCA racing, airboating, snow skiing, and community service.
EDUCATION
A 1997 graduate of Gulliver Preparatory High School, he earned
a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Barry University and later completed
a Master’s Degree in Business at Everest University. He then completed his JD from Barry University School of Law.
